Insightful, actionable advice for anyone looking to assess new outlook and mindsets

The author did an excellent job of pinpointing common pitfalls and self imposed limitations we can all fall into from time to time, some without noticing right away. With straightforward tips, he supports readers in beginning to carve their own path forward that’s accessible by anyone willing to put in some time to reflect and act. His suggestions are timeless and can be useful to anyone despite their phase of life. I appreciated how straightforward yet compassionate Justin remained when explaining how and why we stay stuck in some of our patterns, and what we need to overcome within in order to grow.
