Historia
Procrastination is an almost universal human experience. While many people attribute procrastination to laziness or a lack of drive, our real motivations to push back and delay important activities and decisions are more complicated than personal weakness. The truth is that humans are well-adapted for basic survival, but they are not so great at managing the stresses and expectations of modern life without a little help.

Not much information on overcoming procrastination but helpful information in understanding what procrastination is.
Revisado: 12-06-24
Too generic/common knowledge type of information, too much detail explaining procrastination from the psychologist perspective and not enough clear guidance on overcoming it as the title eludes.

Historia
According to the Leisure Studies Department at the University of Iowa, true leisure is “that place in which we realize our humanity.” If that’s true, argues Brigid Schulte, then we're doing dangerously little realizing of our humanity. In Overwhelmed, Schulte, a staff writer for The Washington Post, asks: Are our brains, our partners, our culture, and our bosses making it impossible for us to experience anything but “contaminated time”?

Mostly Commonsense and tips from good upbringing
Revisado: 04-26-19
I liked the book. The examples were great and stories were memorable. However, I felt I already knew the suggestions and tips as commonsense, courtesy and professionalism naturally expected of everyone. Granted, I had a good upbringing so I didnt have to read it in a book. It will be a big help for those who may not have been blessed in the same way.

Revisado: 06-22-17
Good introduction with general toolkit items. Mainly for those with zero clue, experience or commonsense.
