I love Patricia Cornwell books... NORMALLY...this was hands down the most boring book I may have listened to in my life. It droned on and on and on...I am so disappointed. The ending??? There's no ending here....to be honest...I have very little idea what this book is actually supposed to be about! Is the Callie? Langley or the space program? Karme? The General?? Ugh...

Such a fun series of books. I honestly have gotten to know all these Wachita folks and some of them I wish were friends! I love what a sweetheart Charla has turned out to be. I also love how they all have each others backs all the time! This story made me laugh so hard because my own mother would make those doorstop fruit cakes every Christmas 🎄! The thought that it could hurt someone came up many times at our house!

Great story! Long Story!

This was overall a good storyline..it just seemed to drag on a bit. I think it was SO descriptive it was too descriptive..Like by the time Jess was through describing someone's features...or what the doorway looked like...or how the van looked on the outside...I was ready to move on long before then. I love the storyline and premise...just a bit drawn out for me. The narration is quite perfect!

Absolute love!! This story was down right scary at times and I had to stop listening and regroup myself. The character of ORIN...creepy scary. The story is just fantastic! I loved Pete, and Riley, Michael and Jade. I NEED these people in my life! I'm gonna need this to be a series! Narration was perfect and I loved that there was male AND female voices...Give this a listen. You won't regret it!
