Helped me greatly with a difficult person at work

I read this book at an important time when I was facing a very difficult coworker and this smoothed things over greatly while also laying all the facts on the table. That alone made the team more productive since I wasn’t consumed with working on perfecting my throat punch in anticipation of using it.
