cute easy listen for a stressful day, this was a nice little pick me up lighthearted read. Easy to follow and not a lot of overthinking. Just fun.

Great story...performance starts off a little rough

I almost gave up on this beautifully brilliant novel because the performance in the beginning was so dry, it was almost like listening to a dictionary. After getting into the book and listening to the French accents, it redeemed itself. I cried multiple times. Fantastic writing.

Stunningly Brilliant Life Insights

A refreshing insight into the real world and behind the magic of Harry Potter. I enjoyed every minute of it and now feel like I know Tom on a personal level, like a friend. I'm so happy he decided to share his story with us.

My family and I have enjoyed all the books up to this point and this was the best one since book 1. We were all sitting on the edge of our seats the entire time. Fabulous performance by MacLeod Andrew’s yet again!

One of the better ones!

My family and I have been reading this series for the last couple of years and I have to say that this story line was one of the best! The stories are all really good but wow this one left us reeling with the cliff hanger ending and excited for the next book. Great choice!

Surprising!

Erin Hunter delivers another exquisitely told story drawing readers in. I wasn’t sure about starting this new series after falling in LOVE with Fire Star and his clan but I’m glad I did. Falling in LOVE with this new set of characters is equally easy to do. This series is describing how the clans of the forest came to be and it’s interesting. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Pleasantly Surprised

After reading review after review of people bashing the story and the performance I was skeptical about this purchase. I’m a big fan of the other books in the series so I decided to risk it. Glad I did because I honestly don’t know what the others are talking about. The story was engaging and had me constantly guessing where it would go. I like how Suzanne connects all of what we know about present day hunger games to this story of President Snow’s rise to power and how it explains how such a person of good character could turn out to be so evil. I loved it! 5 STARS!!!! So if you are a fan of the others, don’t listen to the others, it was a great book. It even got my husband sucked into it. Be ready for a treat, it was quite long.

Way worth it!
