Historia
Suppose you could ask God the most puzzling questions about existence, and God would provide clear, understandable answers? It happened to Neale Donald Walsch. Conversations with God is Neale Donald Walsch's account of his direct conversations with God, beginning in 1992 while Walsch was immersed in a period of deep depression. He composed a letter to God in which he vented his frustrations, and much to his surprise, even shock, God answered him.

So Much Wisdom
Revisado: 09-03-18
I loved the concepts and lessons in spirituality, including universal law, love, and fear.
The book is a 5/5 Stars.
I gave the audiobook 4 instead of 5 stars because I didn’t care for the narration at certain parts (God’s voice when he increases the volume of his voice or sounding aggressive). But maybe it was meant to have this effect.
Definitely recommend this book!

Great overview of Swami Rama’s experience with the Himalayan Masters. Motivated to learn more and apply the practical lessons. Will most likely listen to it again next year to find more insights.

Historia
As today's preeminent doomsday investor Mark Spitznagel describes his Daoist and roundabout investment approach, “one gains by losing and loses by gaining.” This is Austrian Investing, an archetypal, counterintuitive, and proven approach, gleaned from the 150-year-old Austrian School of economics, that is both timeless and exceedingly timely. The Dao of Capital provides a rare and accessible look through the lens of one of today's great investors to discover a profound harmony with the market process—a harmony that is so essential today.

Heaps of Wisdom
Revisado: 06-14-18
I liked the descriptive mindset of the roundabout and how it is applicable in life as well as investing.
Of course Mark won’t divulge all his secrets but it would still be nice to learn more about how to maximize productive capital. My journey in Austrian economics continues...
Lastly, I can’t seem to find the accompanying PDF anywhere. It would be great to have a look at that.

Historia
Maxwell Maltz (1889-1975) was a plastic surgeon best known for his best seller, Psycho-Cybernetics. In the book, Maltz explains a system of ideas that he thought could improve a person's self-image and would help that person live a more successful and fulfilling life. His ideas focus on visualizing one's goals. Maltz believed if a person's self-image was unhealthy or poor, all of his or her efforts would end in failure.

Great book and quite a few things I didn't know even though I've been following biohacking for a while. However, it might be better to read the book because of the meal plans rather than taking a lot of notes by listening. Thanks Dave!

Enlightening - Thank You Sir!
Revisado: 01-24-17
I liked the concise simplicity and depth of this book. It is relatively short and lacks a powerful punch. Recommended for any knowledge seeker, spiritual or not, who seeks to improve mindset and relationships with others, and him or herself.
Like some of his other books (I've read The Four Agreements and recommend both), the book is so powerful, I wonder what you can get from this man just by hanging out with him for a day. This book lets you spend some time with him and the old knowledge he's gathered so that you can make up your own mind.
