The reality is, a majority of even “experts” don't know what their doing 80% of the time. This book is a great dialog and teacher of how we can all be more clued into our work and getting what we really want out of our career and work in a meaningful way. This is a set of skills and steps that you can immediately apply and have a meaningful impact to your life by helping you close the gap between where you are and what you want. Highly recommended!
