Historia
Virtually every problem can be traced back to one root cause: leadership. Far too many leaders are struggling, merely maintaining the status quo and unable to find the way forward. What these leaders need is a fresh take on how to unlock their full potential. Uncommon Greatness is the key many leaders have been searching for their entire career. This book will reframe much of what you know about traditional leadership theory and practice, challenge some of your deeply held assumptions, and provide scores of practical and concrete ideas you can use today.

Next level leadership
Revisado: 03-15-24
This is a must read/listen for any leader. Applicable wisdom to transform how we lead, why we lead and from where we can lead. I am looking forward to implementing what I have learned. A+

Historia
Before men ruled the earth, there were wolves. Once abundant in North America, these majestic creatures were hunted to near extinction in the lower 48 states by the 1920s. But in recent decades, conservationists have brought wolves back to the Rockies, igniting a battle over the very soul of the West. With novelistic detail, Nate Blakeslee tells the gripping story of one of these wolves, O-Six, a charismatic alpha female named for the year of her birth.

Well told story
Revisado: 06-21-18
A fascinating, thoroughly reported and ultimately heartbreaking story, beautifully told. The author did a wonderful job bringing the story of the wolves to life and balancing that with the political battle and the science that shaves their lives.

A beautiful vivid to book somewhat ruined by the overly dramatic reading
Revisado: 09-28-16
The premise of the book searching for nature's most phenomenal displays resonates well with me. The book is full of vivid imagery descriptive scenes and the authors insightful reflections on her experiences. Unfortunately I had to stop listening after a few chapters due to the reader's breathy longing overly dramatic tone. It would've been better if she let the authors words speak for themselves.
