Wow, Great action packed fictional spy novel with scary nonfiction truths exposed!

This is an eye opening look into an international view of spycraft and actions taken and currently in progress across the globe. This book was well written and incorporated a serious amount of research and historical knowledge and facts that should scare the bejesus out of all us and beyond. Jack Carr obviously has a lot of knowledge, experience and great sources. Seriously I couldn’t stop listening! We need to consider this a challenging cautionary tale but rather should say warning, with emphasis added !!!!

Big disappointment.

I’ve read all the Cotton Malone books and liked the all. This one went off the rails. Preachy leftist nonsense.
Mr. Berry need to look at some of the documents that came out of the Soviet archives after the fall of the Iron Curtain, Instead of parroting Hollywood propaganda. Hope this is a one time deviation.😵

Lucas and Ferrone are perfect fit.

Great new twist for a Thriller.

What did you love best about Deadly Coast?

Unlike many spy/terrorist novels these days, McDermott doesn't spend time with politically correct excuses for the Islamists. Dugan is more of an everyday guy who gets thrown into the frying pan and thinks his way out as much as he does fight his way out.

What did you like best about this story?

This second book is as good as the 1st. He keeps things moving while developing the characters.

What about Todd Haberkorn’s performance did you like?

The narration just fits.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes, but it ended up taking 2.

I put Dugan up there near Scott Horvath and Mitch Rapp, who solves problems and stops attacks as much with his mind as with guns, which he and his cohorts have no qualms using when needed.

Great Listen. All the pinheads and hand wringers should be exposed to the realities of the "torture" issue. Flynn's fiction is more real than what passes for educated thought on Capitol Hill. Brings back the 9/12 memories, instead of the pre-9/11 mindset thast prevails in the mainstream media today. The story feels real and some of characters will seem familiar and frustrating.
