Perfect when you’re already on the Self Love patg

This book came right on time! I was already in the self loved focused mindset but I didnt know the how to get there, this books explains the how. This book also provides the opportunity to further explore the why. Highly recommend this read to anyone who is looked to learn what self love is and isnt! I encourage all to do the exercises she mentions through the book to get a full grasp of the concepts introduced. Thank you Shannon K!
