Not focused on GM, as it shouldn't be. The story from the other half.

Just thought the story was a bit all over the place. Was hoping for more detail inside Daymond John's head and perhaps the understandings of how he learned and interpreted how to start a business.

Regardless of its auditory length, BHO is a great orator and pretty concise on what he wants to convey. I picked up on everything without a glitch and am now looking forward to hearing about his second run to be reelected and what happened in his second term.

I really enjoy listening to Chop Gaines and his tales of growing up to inventing or re-inventing himself when his dreams are torn from him. Although he may not have wanted to talk so close to the vest, I was looking to hear more detail of his (and Joanne's) rise as a couple in life and as a commodity / business.
When I said it became "preachy", I mainly refer to Chip taking a shot of trying to encourage everyone to come together as a people and also in finding your inner self worth. I get it and understand it as I do the same groom time to time, albeit without the biblical references. It seemed to drag for a few minutes, but once he shifted gears and wrapped it up, we were back on the road again.
Hint, the ending evened everything out.
Thanks for the five seasons of Fixer Upper, y'all. It's been a great ride and I hope to keep hearing about you and yours for years to come in one form or another.
