The only thing about me that’s a size zero is the filter on my mouth. I’ve got a big personality, a big rack, and a big number on the scale. And I’m perfectly fine with that. But when some random guy suggests I might not be eating alone if I’d ordered a salad instead of a hamburger I’m shocked silent, which is a feat, trust me. That brings us to one sexy fireman named Frankie Hartigan. He’s hot. He’s funny. And he’s just apologized for being late for our “date” then glared at the fat-shaming jerk.

Historia
The life of Elijah has gripped the thought and imagination of preachers and writers in all ages. His sudden appearance out of complete obscurity, his dramatic interventions in the national history of Israel, his miracles, his departure from the earth in a chariot of fire all serve to that end. He comes in like a tempest, who went out like a whirlwind. The first we hear from him is an oath and a threat. It is fitting that the lessons which may be drawn from Elijah's ministry should be presented afresh to our generation.

This is the best version of this message that I have ever heard. I have read and listened to the great masters, Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon hill, manly p hall, HP Blavatsky and even zig Ziglar. And of course The Secret.
Mrs Shinn’s explanations and understanding of the divine laws is superb!

Historia
We’re constantly seeking answers to these fundamental human questions, and now, science has the answers. The foods we enjoy, the people we love, the emotions we feel, and the beliefs we hold can all be traced back to our DNA, germs, and environment. This witty, colloquial book is popular science at its best, describing in everyday language how genetics, epigenetics, microbiology, and psychology work together to influence our personality and actions.

A good listen
Revisado: 03-16-22
This book is filled with fascinating nuggets of information. I found it worthy and good. The authors implied opinions for certain pop culture and the seemingly disdain of faith and spirituality limit my overall enthusiasm. While I may agree with him on some of those points he loses the opportunity to reach readers that may need faith and thereby becomes “the baby that gets thrown out with the bath water.”

Historia
Gracie Reed is doing just fine. Sure, she was fired by her overly “friendly” boss, and yes, she still hasn’t gotten her mother into the nursing home of their dreams, but she’s healthy, she’s (somewhat) happy, and she’s (mostly) holding it all together. But when a mysterious SUV pulls up beside her, revealing Chinese cinema's golden couple Wei Fangli and Sam Yao, Gracie’s world is turned on its head. The famous actress has a proposition: Due to their uncanny resemblance, Fangli wants Gracie to be her stand-in.
