Excellent book and encouraging story

I loved this book. Being a sports guy and currently as a head 8th grade basketball coach, it has helped me keep the proper perspective as I influence young men, but it has also given me lessons and principles for everyday life.

Historia
In his new book The Happiness Equation, Pasricha illustrates how to want nothing and do anything in order to have everything. If that sounds like a contradiction in terms, you simply have yet to unlock the nine secrets to happiness. Each secret takes a piece out of the core of common sense, turns it on its head to present it in a completely new light, and then provides practical and specific guidelines for how to apply this new outlook to lead a fulfilling life.

Good and helpful, but don’t like the ending
Revisado: 09-05-22
I loved the majority of the book. Neil presents a lot of good, helpful, and much needed insights into contentment, productivity, time-management and relationship advice, but I don’t like his 9th secret to happiness. It drives me nuts and it doesn’t make sense when people advise “don’t take advice.” It seems contradictory. Based upon that 9th secret, then should I even take his advice in his book? It’s a circular argument, right?
