good insight on how "talent" works and how people become great, talent is taught not born I learned that was the most important message, anybody can become a genius!
Some messages that stuck: praise kids and adults for their hard work, not their talent or gifts.
The wrapping thing melonin I think lol idk how to spell it, but how to develop deep practice and deep habits through repetition through failure after failure and growth.
Deep practice something I need to start doing as well
and a bunch of great ideas of how culture and environment works for or against, people, mainly kids.

good insight shows how some people have it good coming up with great parents and giving that to their children so they can dominate the world, But these things can still be implemented even as an adult, you still have a shot even if your dealt a bad hand, nice book overall the author is a good person and optimistic/Realistic.
