I really like how Sojo presents her cases. She is extremely thorough and accurate. You can tell that she puts a lot of work into gathering information for her not only her podcast, but in putting together visuals for her YouTube channel. I highly recommend listening to the podcast.

The book was just alright. I bought it because so many people told me that it was the greatest book they ever heard/read. I just didn't connect with it. I felt like the book was mostly about how great of a person she is.
