After reading some of the reviews I almost didn't purchase this book. Being a fan of Sandra Brown I knew it would have some redeeming qualities. So happy I decided to buy. Loved the story, characters, plot twists and narrator. Home Sweet Texas!

Twist turns and likable characters

Southern charm, intrigue, social graces and disgraces, old school money and daily drama with a splash of love and hate mixed in.
Characters are well-rounded and the narrator did a great job with the drawl.

Basics, un-complicated, down to the brass-tacks, kindness, not preachy, felt like they had really been there and done that and decided to help the rest of us.

Encouraging, enlightening, makes it easy to learn and realize what you know

He brings himself to the book, it is usually greatness when the author reads the book, he can inflect what he really means to say

I easily could have but I listened to it as often as I could to get to the end and even rewound some spots to listen again
