Laid back, fun conversation with the Robertson's about the gospel and life. Good mix of stories and experiences in life in relationship to the word of God.

Historia
When Tom Chantry comes west to buy cattle, he quickly runs into trouble. During a drunken scuffle in a bar, Dutch Akin challenges Chantry to a gunfight. Leaving town rather than face Akin, Chantry is quickly branded a coward. Later, when hiring men to take his herd to the railroad, Chantry faces a dilemma: No one wants to make the long, dangerous ride with a leader of questionable courage. So when French Williams, a shrewd and ruthless cattleman, makes Chantry an offer, Tom reluctantly accepts his unusual terms: Tom must remain with the drive from start to finish.

Not a True Chantry
Revisado: 01-05-21
I love Louis Lamore books. I have about 45 in my library. This one is awful. Tom Chantry disgraces the name Chantry at every turn. He's a yellow coward who won't carry a gun during a time in which it's necessary. Worse, that means he has other men do his heavy lifting. I got halfway through and couldn't bear to listen any longer as I was waiting for him to become a man. An eventuality that apparently would never come to pass.
