This book is eye opening and a refreshing take on communication, self-care in all relationships. Looking at our reactions from our attachment style is something I never thought about. We are all human afterall and we are naturally soical beings and dependend one each other one way or another in our lifetime. Knowledge is powerful and knowing what you need in any relationship and advocating for yourself can be the key to one's happiness. I recommend this book to anyone who is ready and willing to do the work.
