The romance is killing it

It is so hard listening to the two of them talk to 1 another that I find myself skipping the parts when they talk. It is soooo cringe! Hopefully it stops, because if it doesn't I don't know if I'll be able to finish it. We get it they love each other do you have to remind us with every word they speak!

A lot going on here.

1st the story is good if you can get over the psycho reading it. Everything is at a level 0 with the narrator. I just want to say I'm almost down buddy. The ass kissing in the group was very hard to take. I actually started skipping their talks because it was sooooooooo bad. If the MC ran solo the whole time and the reader would calm down it would've been a five. There were parts of this story that I had zero problems skipping, but in a story this long that is expected. It's not bad over all a lot of good story lines that can lead to better things, but it needs cleaned up and a new narrator. I will give book 2 a try either way.

The series has a lot of potential, and the story is moving along pretty good, but if I have to continuously listen to how lock feels about his daughter's being put in a dangerous situation again and again I'll probably bounce. The world has changed move on already before I do.

It's getting hard

It's getting harder and harder to listen to these point less stories. It felt like I got hours whining and blah blah blah.. I pushed through, but I don't know if I can continue to do so. I thought we were done with all the goblin hatred after the goblin war, but no I got over 4 hours of it shoved down my throat. That shit is old! I'll do one more, because every author or artist is due to have a not so great performance especially when you write as much as the pirate.

F Dart

The back and forth between Dart and Sam is awful! Dart is the annoying character that wasn't needed. Sad. I won't be back.

story is way off track and Freya sucks

it was hard to finish for me. this team banter is AWFUL, especially the Freya character. and this guy Nate is supposed to have been here done this, but they're not even doing things with the changing story plot. I know that he has to level up and get stronger, but having done it before he should know the spots, but instead they're broke and struggling and everybody else seems to be stronger. I was looking forward to this and it was a let down. I'll give the next one a try hopefully Freya dies in the early chapters of that book. that would instantly make the series better.

I'm trying to get through this, but it's hard when all this MC does is whine and cry like a bitch. The story is interesting but I don't know how much more I can take.
