Historia
Phil Truss is a dead man walking. An inoperable brain tumour has sealed his fate, and there’s nothing he can do about it, even with his substantial fortune. But he can decide how to live his last remaining days. What he wants most is to achieve a feat few ever have: summiting the dreaded mountain K2. It’s the second highest peak in the world — and one of the most treacherous and deadly ascents known to man.

Wow. A nice surprise.

This was a fantastic audiobook. Both the writing and narration were excellent. I don’t think you could have picked a better narrator to voice the evil entity. It was spot on. I wasn’t sure with only 15 reviews at the time I picked it up but it’s one of the best books I’ve read or listened to in quite a long time.

Historia
Geoff Ashden is a regular guy trying to make an honest living as an antique dealer, but who has an uncanny knack for finding cursed objects and haunted places: a sinister Georgian clock carved with obscene and satanic designs, a hideous doll with deadly powers, a pair of old spectacles that let their wearer see a little too clearly, an ugly house with a terrifying secret, a church full of graffiti scrawled in decomposing human flesh.

This was fantastic. I’ve since got every audible book available from him. The narration is equally great. I could listen to these all day long. Just wow.

This is the first novel from Michelle Paver I have listened to, but it won’t be the last. You feel as though you are there in the Arctic. She is a very gifted writer. So much so that I am about to purchase another by her. What are you waiting for?

This is the first I’ve read from Mr. Bray but it won’t be the last. The book was well written. Something about it reminded me of Nick Cutter a bit. The narration was excellent as well.

Great vampire novel
Revisado: 02-09-20
This is a book I read without knowing the author or anything really about the book. I’m so glad I did though. This is an incredible book. I loved the writing and the atmosphere that was created. I’d recommend to fans of horror or Victorian era books.

Great Horror Anthology
Revisado: 08-07-18
There are a lot of bad Horror Anthologies available, but fortunately this is not one of them. There are mediocre stories in this anthology, but the vast majority are really good. Worth the credit.
