Great book great warrior

I read this book before Pete was nominated for secretary of defense so was glued to my TV watching the confirmation circus. Thank God Pete was confirmed and I have no doubt he will make the difference so badly needed for our nation at this time. It’s a great book written by a warrior who loves and wants to protect our country.

Never realized the difficulty the person with mental illness and their family endures. This book is informative and helpful to understand mental illness. Just finished this awesome book. Be forewarned, once you start this book, putting it down is pretty hard. You'll find yourself awake at 2 am for just one more chapter! God does work in mysterious ways and He certainly did in Cyntoia's life. So wonderful that her heart was receptive. Thank you for writing this book to let others know God is patient and waits for us to come to Him. No matter what our past is, God wants a future with us. My heart breaks for her "childhood". No child should ever walk the path her life led. But, her future is so bright as God has illuminated her path and she shines that light for all to see. God has blessed you and thank you for sharing His light and love.
