This audiobook can change your life only if you are determined enough to start following advices. He gives you many exercises to improve your self-discipline and in case the first advice and exercise don’t work for you, don’t worry. You will have many other exercises to try and from my perspective is impossible to not find at least one exercise that will help you improve your self-discipline. All you have to do is to start applying those advices and you will not be disappointed.

I've enjoyed audiobook a lot. I think that the ideas he has shared have helped me a lot in my personal development project. I always considered myself as a person who lacks self discipline thus the different chapters in this audiobook have been really valuable. I highly recommend to this audiobook.

This audiobook is brilliant, full of information, easy to listen and understand, pictures and descriptions of correct form and a years worth of training plans whether you want to train 3, 4 or 5 days a week!! What's not to love!! I've also listened to the audio book and that was really helpful too. I'm listening to specific chapters again on my commute so that I can be sure I'm getting the most out of my training.

I am so impressed with this audiobook and this author. I was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis at age 64, and everything in this audiobook rings true to me - gut issues, pH imbalances, hormone disruption, etc.... I have researched so many approaches to healing and nutrition. I even tried the Keto diet and it just didn't work with my digestive system

So thankful for this audiobook. I've been having a lot of trouble managing and thru following this advice in this audiobook (specifically about buying a glucose meter and testing my food), came to find out I was pre-diabetic. In 3 short weeks, I've lowered my fasting blood sugar level into normal and am now getting the upper hand with MRSA.
