One of the best motivational books I ever read. I have not finished it yet but automatic thoughts ideas and direction about how to charge and change your mental behavior into a better and more organized person is so clear and rational. It’s very easy to listen to. Very interesting facts about how our minds develop and work and how to change them. If you do want to change your bad thoughts and improve your good thoughts you need to work on yourself. Great book
