I loved Madeline Miller's book Song of Achilles. A beautifully crafted story, evoking a full range of emotions from the reader. When I purchased Circe and began listening I thought it was the same old Circe story at first -- but once I started listening I had high hopes that Miller's skill with words would be as lilting as the Song of Achilles. It was delightful and wonderful both in plot, character development and use of language. I highly recommend it.
