Historia
One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter. The inalienable right of citizens of the United States of America to keep and bear arms has been rescinded by the changing tides in US politics, but not all is peaceful. The Minutemen take up the task of resistance, and place themselves on a collision course with the very country they call home. What will the consequences be for the men and women on both sides of the conflict, and for their country?

Worth the money

The excessive use of adverbs and adjectives.
Revisado: 02-14-24
ADJECTIVES and ADVERBS!! So many it was distracting! I never developed a "picture" of the story. I finished the book and can not tell you the plot, scenary, or main characters. The author needs to toss the thesaurus and learn to tell the story as if he is sitting around a campfire. Say what you mean and mean what you say. "Jane grabbed her jacket and flew out the door to meet Jack." is a normal mode of speaking. "Jane, dressed in a lavender knee length satin silk and tule evening gown , shoved open the glossy black solid oak door with the muscles she recently developed at the local gym,..." IS NOT. Two chapters in, you won't be able to remember WHAT Jane picked up, where she was headed.

Historia
In a scrap heap within an abandoned factory, the greatest invention in history lies dormant and unused. By what fatal error of judgment has its value gone unrecognized, its brilliant inventor punished rather than rewarded for his efforts? In defense of those greatest of human qualities that have made civilization possible, one man sets out to show what would happen to the world if all the heroes of innovation and industry went on strike.

This book accurately describes the times we are currently living in. I love it. I almost feel like I'm in the book while listening.
