Historia
Ikigai is a Japanese phenomenon commonly understood as "your reason to get up in the morning". Ikigai can be small moments: the morning air, a cup of coffee, a compliment. It can also be deep convictions: a fulfilling job, lasting friendships, balanced health. Whether big or small, your ikigai is the path to success and happiness in your own life. Author Ken Mogi introduces five pillars of ikigai to help you make the most of each day and become your most authentic self.

Not really about Ikigai
Revisado: 03-07-23
The narration is quite annoying when it comes to reading Japanese words. The subtitles tell you one thing but they do not deliver. This book is about the history of Japan, fish markets, sumo wrestlers, and the art of sushi. Not much to learn about how to find YOUR ikigai.

Brilliant!
Revisado: 10-11-20
Thank you for writing this amazing book! I’ve been writing since a very young age like you, but I never dared to call myself a writer until recently. Your experiences and amazing career path that you shared opened my eyes and helped
me realize how the whole publishing industry works. Two years ago I almost landed a contract for my first romance novel but the editor wanted me to make so many changes that it didn’t feel like my book anymore. It was a great learning experience.
I love all the details of your writing schedule and this helped me learn how I function and why I do certain things. I do not understand the negative reviews. When I see shallow reviews I know that person hasn’t read the whole book. Haters gonna hate. If you’re a writer but haven’t been published yet, this is a must-read! Highly recommended.
