In the spirit of this book, I made it to the end, but it never got better. It's just basically a super biased autobiography of Leeza Gibbons

The "secrets" in the book are pretty shallow and not covered in any sort of academic sense, with the author choosing instead to rely solely on her own experiences, many of which only remotely tie to the topic.

The book rambles and doesn't really go anywhere, spending a lot of time jumping across her life to random events.

But all of this could be forgiven and the book considered okay if it wasn't for the blatant egotism. Every story is about how she overcame some terrible person and was better than them or how she was so righteous to grace a poor soul down on their luck. The story about how she saved a girl from suicide by talking to her is just maddening. Everyone and everything in the book is used and abused to make her seem like this omniscient angel.

For a lady with some train wreck marriages and more than a few stumbles in life, she sure presents herself as knowing everything. Save yourself some time and read something more useful instead.
