'The Billionaire Blooper' was an enjoyable and easy read. Lots of miscommunications and past hurts get in the way of the two love birds! I'd say it was about a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale for explicitness, but the sole focus of the story was definitely not just sex.

The male narrator ruined it for me...

I thought the book was overall short and sweet, and had some substance. The main characters were fairly well developed, even though it almost feels like this starts mid book. Overall, I enjoyed the it.
The narration is another story. I really wish they'd just let Amelie Griffin narrate the whole book, because Alex Kydd's narration of main character was almost un-listenable. Especially in the beginning, as he puts on what sounds like a surfer dude, mixed with a jersey shore accent. His "female" narration is equally as cringy, and tends to make the heroine sounds very whiny. The only reason I was able to actually finish was because of Amelie Griffin and because I actually liked the story.

IT'S ALL STEAMY SEX AND LOW SPEED DOG POOP CHASES!

If you are looking for an upbeat, laugh out loud, dirty (in more ways than one), sexy and swoon worthy book look no further! I know it's on the shorter side, which is why I almost didn't buy it, but I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did.
I can only read the super dramatic books before I need a fun, witty, feel good. You know the type I mean. Books that are about the fiancee getting killed by an elephant on their honeymoon, him surviving, but the widow has moved on already the milkman. (Because SHOCKER the milk man and the wife paid the elephant to do it!🤯) You know the type.
I loved this because it had a lighter side of drama, and crazy, but it was a romcom at it's core. I really felt like I could connect with Charlotte. I found myself laughing out loud at certain parts, thinking "Yeah I've done that too."
The commentary is quick witted, and the narrators bring that together beautifully! Samantha Cook was born for the role. Aaron Shedlock is actually how I found the book in the first place. He is an amazing narrator!

FOR A SHORT STORY IT REALLY PACKED A PUNCH...

If you want something that will give your heart, and other places 😉, warm feelings with minimal drama this is awesome!
I will say if it had been longer I feel like it wouldn't have felt as "cheesey" as it did to me at times.
Because they're professing undying love after 3 days, it just made me slightly cringe at times. They even could have just glossed over the the 2 weeks in London somewhat, and that would have felt more natural.
I will say it's a well written fluff piece, and I mean that in the best possible way. I don't always want a story that take 8 hours, countless fights, a murder, kidnapping and an ape on the Eiffel tower just to get to the HEA.
The narration was spot on for both characters. Whether it was Hamilton or Mitchell speaking I knew exactly what character was what, even with the supporting cast. I will be seeking out other narrations of theirs!
I will be purchasing the next book because we all need great fluff stories!

Got to chapter 12... and quit

The narrator really ruined it for me. There was no inflection in her voice. Plus she was clearly English and would try to lean Scottish sometimes. It could change from the beginning of a sentence to the end. Plus the only way I knew it was Marco's "deep and sexy voice" was that it was an American accent. Otherwise it sounded exactly like Hannah's.
The story was definitely the slowest, and my least favorite out of the series. I already don't like Hannah, and I'm only on Chapter 12. I was so looking forward to this book though. Just disappointed!

Harry Potter fans rejoice!

I loved this. I got started with Harper's adult fantasy romance books (How to Date a Dragon) with Ronconi. The writing is superb, and the reading is amazing. Ronconi does so well on different accents, and the subtle shifts between characters. I cannot wait until the next in the series!
