Historia
Will Madden is healing. Thanks to therapy and a growing support system, he's taking baby steps into a promising future. One of those steps leads him to an online chat room, where he quickly bonds with fellow PTSD sufferer Taz Zachary. Despite their virtual connection, Taz is initially freaked out at the idea of meeting Will face-to-face. A sexual relationship may be the last thing on his mind, but his craving for human interaction - and more of the way Will makes him laugh - gives him the courage he needs to take the next step.

Historia
The publication of Rhett Butler's People marks a major and historic cultural event. Through the storytelling mastery of award-winning writer Donald McCaig, the life and times of the dashing Rhett Butler unfolds. Through Rhett's eyes we meet the people who shaped his larger than life personality as it sprang from Margaret Mitchell: Langston Butler, Rhett's unyielding father; Rosemary his steadfast sister; Tunis Bonneau, Rhett's best friend and a onetime slave; Belle Watling, the woman for whom Rhett cared long before he met Scarlett O'Hara at Twelve Oaks Plantation, on the fateful eve of the Civil War.

An excellent continuation of Gone With the Wind from Rhett Butler’s perspective. I laughed out loud several times and congratulate the author for nailing Rhett Butler’s personality.

Historia
It is 997 CE, the end of the Dark Ages. England is facing attacks from the Welsh in the west and the Vikings in the east. Those in power bend justice according to their will, regardless of ordinary people and often in conflict with the king. Without a clear rule of law, chaos reigns. In these turbulent times, three characters find their lives intertwined.

Great Read
Revisado: 07-09-23
Ken Follett has a unique style of writing that transports you back in time to the era of the Vikings raiding England. The hardships endured by the characters are sometimes heart wrenching but that’s how you get enveloped into their lives and eager to find out more. I loved it.
