1. Silicon should be pronounced With the accent on “sil”
2. It is OS 10, not “OS X”

I only met Steve once briefly at NeXT, but those mistakes would’ve driven him crazy

Fascinating book

I really enjoyed this book. I am white instead of black, but I had some similar experiences at Stanford. I applaud the author for sticking with it and achieving what he has achieved. Very nice work. Very fascinating book

Very, very entertaining

I really enjoyed listening to this. It was interesting, and sometimes it even made me laugh. Of course, the government incompetence is nothing to laugh at. It is a very well written book, and I really enjoyed it. There is not much science in this book, but a lot about people trying to do good work, while the government stands in the way.

One of my favorite books of all time

This book is extremely well done. You really get a feel for the complexities of trying to be a good President. You also get a feel for the frustrations of trying to be a good President. President Obama obviously tried his best to be a great President. You may not I agree with all of his actions, but he certainly tried his best. You will see that if you listen to this book. This book gives you a very good feel for the difficulties of trying to lead a divided country. I don’t see how any president can do a great job under the circumstances. I was sorry when this book ended. An extremely interesting book.

Extremely well written and thought-provoking. She is a very good writer. She takes a sad situation, and tries to show us that a better way is possible. Very interesting because she travels all over the world and reports on her experiences.

Extraordinary job

Not only provides a comprehensive history of the Great War, but provides fascinating historical backgrounds of the countries, families, military leaders, and political leaders.

Very clearly describes the stubbornness and stupidity that led to the slaughter of millions of soldiers, and then sowed the seeds for WWII.

A very long and detailed book that doesn't spare the fools who led Europe to war, and then spent four years insisting that the next battle would win the war for their side.

Well worth the many hours that I spent listening to this very long and detailed audio book.

Very entertaining and even educational

I did not understand all the physics, but I really enjoyed listening to the book. The book actually made me laugh out loud at times. And it effectively describes what it's like to be an actual physicists in today's world.

The physics is hard to understand, but the life of a physicist is easy to understand and very interesting.

Where does The Martian rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of my favorite science fiction books. Great humor and realism.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Martian?

A problem with the Hab.

Which scene was your favorite?

The opening chapter was fun, and set the tone for the whole book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I never do that. It was a long story, so it makes sense as a long read.

Loved the reader - he was perfect for the role.
