Blinder is a TERRIBLE narrator

While Stuart Blinder’s sonorous, resonant voice combined with his technically sound abilities had me hoping, his dialogue is positively horrific. He executes the sections of pure narration well: They are clear, well-paced and aptly inflected. HOWEVER, his voices are beyond redemption. Every character sounds geriatric, and speaks so slowly that each sounds mentally challenged. The character “Will”- a friendly, guileless young man of skill and integrity-sounds like a creepy Scottish villain, while his friend “Alyss”-a tall, graceful, blonde, diplomatic young woman- sounds like a whiny old hag. Think I’m exaggerating? Give it a listen. Awful. Just awful.
Narrator Stuart Blinder has a gorgeous voice, but his vocal choices are egregious.

As much vocal inflection as a computer and similar monotonous pacing as well.
Upshot: Susan O’Malley’s voice, while wholly lacking in color, is suede.
