Last 30 minutes fan fiction contest winner. Stats epitome of annoying. Not much happens in this book. Still kept me entertained and would recommend.

I like that we can start seeing other perspectives even if it’s just a word or two in this book. Can’t remember exact scenes but hearing other characters apart from the main helps give the characters more personality.

It took me forever to remember what actually happened in this book and a ‘previously on’ would make this series so much better.

Good book. Didn’t like the demonic stuff at the end

Pulling content from the Bible is lazy writing and it is supposed to be a fictional book. Don’t describe it as fire and brimstone… you are literally talking the text from a religions book and using it for your setting.

First 15 minutes were great!!

Then it was downhill from there. 2d characters, basically just fights the whole time… I need something more to my books that just fighting… did like the pov changes.. would like to see more character and plot development in the future

This book is really only 8 hours

After you get through the block of stats that takes over 1.5 hours you are left with a very short book. That could be acceptable but the story isn’t even finished. I feel like this book was a cash grab which is a shame with how much talent this author has.

Would I buy it again? Probably not… I’d just wait for the next book to come out.


SPOLIER: We don’t get to see what happens with x hunting the mc due to the death of the family member.

There was no conclusion, no true epilogue, it just ended.

Like the title says… I like this series and these two books… I liked it more when people didn’t know he was some overpowered magician but it was still an amazing read.

Don’t get me wrong I love this book but please don’t use false reviews. Turns me away from most books regardless of how good they could be.

I do appreciate the ‘what happened in the last books’

This book was extremely good… the ex slave is probably my favorite character so I’ll be disappointed she probably won’t be in this next book.

Short but good… expensive to keep up with this story

If you start combining two books in one I’ll be extremely happy… or at least let us use the kindle unlimited discount. I love this story but 12$ for 8 to 9 hours is crazy. Amazing book all said and done.

The character sounds whiny in voice and action

Other than the constant whining and way too much inner monologue I liked it. I might just read the book next time because I can’t stand the voice he used for the MC.
