Incredible for real people

Ms. Sanchez really hit a homerun as far as I'm concerned. I have read so many books over the years. She made this a wild ride in a super fun way. This book stands out as unique in my opinion because she doesn't just talk about trends, e.g., but actually spells out how real people who are motivated and determined can have a shot at building real wealth through owning small to medium businesses while at the same time keeping America great. I am now joining, you Codie, in rooting for those inspiring entrepreneurs to apply your wisdom towards ownership of "Main Street" American businesses and keeping our middle class strong, along with thriving communities. Thank you so much for all of the hard work you obviously put into this book.

Well written. Incredibly good storytelling to make points. Perhaps the strength is just what the title indicates: getting us to think and see where we fit in and how we can better ourselves with this whole money thing. I've read a lot of books on advice. I highly recommend this if you want to get deep in your perception of wealth and riches. The only negative is that, in my opinion, the last chapter was an unnecessary history lesson which was quite anti climactic.

I really enjoyed the chapter on the top urban areas to look into. The author had a lot of helpful tips. I am glad I listened, however, it was tough to stay with at times due to such a borish narration. The chapter on social media was just not necessary I'm my opinion.
