Historia
For forty-two years, Sally Harrison has been building a library. Each year, on her daughter’s birthday, she adds a new book to her shelves – with a note in the front dedicated to her own greatest work. But Ella – Sally’s only child – fled to Australia twenty-two years ago after a heated exchange, and never looked back. And though Sally still dutifully adds a new paperback to the shelves every time the clock strikes midnight on July 11th, her hopes of her daughter ever thumbing through the pages are starting to dwindle.

Simply beautiful!
Well written!
The message behind the novel is very realistic and important, forgiveness is hard but it takes a massive weight off your heart and opens up so many doors. Definitely worth another listen!

Historia
Librarian Sylvia Ashe knows nothing about her past, having grown up without a father and a mother who refused to discuss him. When she stumbles upon a diary that suggests she's descended from magicians, she's skeptical. After all, magicians are special, and she's just an ordinary woman who loves books. She seeks answers from a member of the most prominent family of magicians, but she quickly learns that finding the truth won't be easy, especially when he turns out to be as artless as her, and more compelling and dangerous than books.

Historia
Fifteen years ago two teenagers were mysteriously found dead by the old railroad tracks in a small affluent town in New Jersey. One of them was Nap Dumas' twin, Leo, and the other the town's sheriff's daughter. Most people concluded it was a double suicide; others just didn't buy it. Nap has dedicated his life to finding out what really happened that summer, and when his missing ex-girlfriend's fingerprints show up at a crime scene, he's thrown into a labyrinth of dark family secrets and lies.

This book was suggested to me by a colleague of mine, and I really enjoyed it. I had my suspicions of different character but honestly didn't see who the culprit was till at the end. All around great storyline and performance!
