Nice! A guide on how to change

Narrator's woman voice quite distracting

I find the research valuable and appreciate Duhigg's journalistic, liberal arts, MBA point of view. However, I may have enjoyed the non-audible version more. As another reviewer mentioned, the narrator pauses in odd moments. What is even more distracting is when he quotes women, he seems to do it all in the same effeminate personality and then reverts back to his more direct speaking tone. It makes the women he is quoting sound vulnerable and less intelligent. This book makes me question the narrator’s gender views, is that how women in general come across to him?

I love Bob from Bob’s Burgers. Jon Benjamin’s voice has such a nice cadence, he can talk about anything. But his stories are more than anything, they’re rich and hilarious. Food for ears.
