Historia
In 1982, the famous paranormal expert Grant Peters went missing while filming his TV show Legendary Australia. His wife, Melissa, was never able to find him. When Melissa herself disappears nearly 40 years later, her daughter, Fiona, and grandson Ethan trace her to the small outback town of Boulia. There they discover a collection of old audio tapes that Melissa left behind: a set of clues they must follow if they’re to solve this mystery in time.

Meh...

Interesting approach, from a standpoint of an immersive audio experience, however the story was weak, characters were paper thin, and overall story was poorly crafted. This is going to be a return, I’m afraid...

Historia
Fourteen-year-old Greg Dixon is living a nightmare. Attending boarding school outside of Boston, he is separated from his family when a pandemic strikes. His classmates and teachers are dead, rotting in a dormitory-turned-morgue steps from his room. The nights are getting colder, and his food has run out. The last message from his father is to get away from the city and to meet at his grandparents' town in remote New Hampshire.

Vanilla pandemic

Great concept and universe for the story to develop, but just left me like ‘meh’.
It’s like the reader is constantly waiting for something bad to happen to one of the main characters... there were seemingly breadcrumbs left along the
Storyline, that were never resolved. Maybe this is just seeds for future books in a series, but they were roughly done.

Historia
For war hero Caitlin Taggart, mining work on the Moon is dirty, low pay, and high risk. But no risk seems too extreme if it helps her return to Earth and the daughter she loves more than life itself. Offered a dangerous, long-shot chance to realize that dream, Caitlin will gamble with more than just her life. By leading a ragtag crew of miners on a perilous assignment to harvest an asteroid, Caitlin could earn a small fortune. More importantly, it would give her clearance to return to Earth.

Not impressed

From the overview, I was expecting a cross between Armageddon and the Martian... was nowhere close.
Narration was hard to listen to, and science was hollow.
