Page turner! Dee Henderson is one of my favorite authors. I love how she intertwines faith and suspense all together. Good sound doctrine of God’s sovereignty.

Historia
Millions of Karon fans will be thrilled that it's life as usual in the wildly popular Mitford series: A beloved town character lands a front-page obituary, but who was it, exactly, who died? And what about the former mayor, born the year Lindbergh landed in Paris, who's still running for office? All this, of course, is but a feather on the wind compared to Muse editor J. C. Hogan's desperate attempts to find a cure for his marital woes. Will it be high-def TV or his pork chop marinade?

These books have given me so much joy over the years. My grandmother used to read them and she was so excited to get new ones. She has long since gone, but I still feel close to her when I read these books. I love how Jan has brought Father Tim up with the times. These characters have become family!

Great book
Revisado: 02-07-20
Jobs was truly a genius. This book is very real, and sometimes colorful, but I feel it was probably a very accurate portrayal of this very complex man. What a wonderful gift to his family, and to us all, to be able to see things through the years. I have listened to this book several times since I purchased it and will definitely listen to it again!

Historia
From 1999 to 2009, U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle recorded the most career sniper kills in United States military history. The Pentagon has officially confirmed more than 150 of Kyles kills (the previous American record was 109), but it has declined to verify the astonishing total number for this book. Iraqi insurgents feared Kyle so much they named him al-Shaitan ("the devil") and placed a bounty on his head.

We truly live in the greatest country. I pray that we get leadership who believes that - Chris Kyle would have been a terrific president!
