Thank you, Anna for this gift of a book. This is the book I needed 4 years ago at the height of my online marketing days. It’s only now after working with a coach that I’ve realized I’ve been living in my shadow. The two gems I got from this book where:
1. When you spoke about dancing, instead of wrestling with your shadow or inner demons. That’s the core of my message as a coach, and it took my breath away to hear it being spoken out loud by another coach.

2. Your beautiful analogy of taking a lantern and going into the hull of your ship, and exploring the darkest parts of ourselves that make have rust, and leaks. Just, wow lady. I paused and listened to that part 3 or 4 times.

After listening to the audiobook, I had to order a physical copy for myself so I could dig into the questions and highlight these two sections I mentioned.

I would highly recommend this book for any struggling coach or entrepreneur who is stuck in their business. Shadow work has personally changed my life and my world. It can be a beautiful thing, when you have the courage to dance with the demons in your heart, so that your angels can sing,
