Very Enjoyable
Revisado: 07-19-19
Such an easy listen, a sweet high school /growing up romance.
I did struggle at first with the narration, as it felt a little like being read a story (yes i know i was, but i have listened to many that make me feel like I'm watching a show) but I soon got used to it and I believe it flowed better as it went on.
i will happily listen to more from this written and narrator.

Worth taking time to get used to the strong accent
Revisado: 05-10-19
I struggled at the beginning with Freddy Moyano's heavy Italian accent (which is done on purpose) if I hadn't been asked to give an honest review for this Audiobook I may well have not persevered with it, but I'm glad I did. I listened to it at 1.25% speed in the end which suited me better.
Frank Lucianus wrote a strong mafia romance, Romeo and Juliette style, with many facets to it, which kept it interesting, as did the way it was written by the different characters views and thoughts .
Freddys vocal characterisation was really good making it easy to differentiate between characters.
Worth taking the time to get used to the strong accent if you like mafia wars, love, crooked cops and FBI agents with an agenda and stories with a twist!
