Historia
While the U.S. Constitution is the framework for governing the nation, the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of how this framework is implemented. The Supreme Court's crucial interpretation of the relationship between legal doctrine and social change is at the heart of this university-level course. By examining landmark Supreme Court cases that changed contemporary views of the law, Kermit L. Hall examines the essential role of this powerful institution in American life.

One-sided
Revisado: 05-16-07
This course was very informative. Unfortunately it was liberally biased. The lecturer did not present an opposing viewpoint to what was apparently his own.

Nothing like the book
Revisado: 04-03-06
This is nothing like what you see in the book. Instead of being divided into three sections: words you should know, harder words you should know, and really really hard words, it is divided into five sections: Word Roots, Words You Think You Know But Don't, Non-English English Words, Cultural Words, and Similar Sounding Words.
"Presently" is alleged NOT (their emphasis) to mean at the present, but only in the near future. THIS IS WRONG! Some of the definitions are wrong. It is not worth 7 dollars.
