The book used for my certification was not as descriptive as this book is. Excellent descriptions of the Chakras and the areas of the body they reach. I especially appreciated the explanations of how to perform self-healing and healing for others. Fantastic tips of the Chakras and the zones of the body they reach.I particularly valued the clarifications of how to perforn self-recuperating and mending for other people.

If you're a trader, you need to read this book. It does so well breaking down the psychological aspects of trading and giving tools for improvement in that regard. These tools easily transmit into other aspects of our lives.
