Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I wish I would have listened to some of the other reviews. Repetitive and a bit boring. I'll save you the trouble: spend a few minutes everyday cleaning your house. Boom.
Not bad advice, and I'm going to try and incorporate it into my cleaning routine. But I just don't think she needed to write an entire book about it. A blog post would have sufficed.

Would you consider the audio edition of You Are a Badass to be better than the print version?
I've read plenty of these kinds of books, and nothing comes close to this one. Hands down the best one out there to help you get out of a rut. Love it!!

Would you try another book from Anthony Robbins and/or Anthony Robbins?
This is a very condensed version, so I'm a bit miffed I spent this much money for a fraction of the book. Also, his voice is grating and very irritating. And it's from the early 90's, so he keeps saying "pause this cassette tape", which I could get past, but overall it's just annoying. The content is OK...though I can think of lots of other better self help books. Try "You are a badass". Much more approachable, less eye-rolling king of stuff.
