GREAT BOOK!!! Your heart shines through in your writing! I loved it so much! It truly makes you feel like you alone are in on the secret that makes the show keep going after all these years!
I had the pleasure of watching last night’s show (March 7, 2025) after devouring the book…it sure made the show hit different! Thank you!can’t imagine the time you poured into this masterpiece!

What a poignant and raw telling of a truly magnificent rags to riches story! I knew I loved Cher, I guess I just didn’t realize how much and why! So glad she decided to share (Cher)! Can’t WAIT for the rest!

This story is so close to home to me for so many reasons! I’ve been a Psych nurse for more years than I can even count anymore, AND this same story has happened to my family in the way of the lost grave of my Great-Grandmother at an “insane Asylum” here in the US, where I’m sure she was suffering from Post Partum Depression, as she had just given birth before being admitted there. The family never talked about her and all of my dads family is gone now, but while searching for ancestry clues during genealogy studies, her plight and missing records, along with, after visiting the “hospital which is now a tourist/Halloween attraction :( in search of the grave yard, a missing grave, and cemetery all together due to “flooding” , I have found myself at a dead end. Your search and never-give-up attitudes gives me hope! I can’t ever explain to people WHY this is important to me, and I’m sure they think I’m nuts for caring, but YOU gave me a sense that there are others out there that CARE TOO!! If you thought you knew him, thought you despised before…ohhh you just WAIT!! He SURE learned from the best! He and his father are two of the most horrific villains and all around SCUMBAGS ever captured in a book. Hands down. May his luck and his reign end just as easily as it came to him!

Wonderful tribute!

What a beautiful tribute to a group of men who were brought to life in their story…one that made you feel as if you knew them and the hope, anguish, anxiety and despair of their loved ones waiting at home…it brought out the human-side of them, the men who fought there, the good and the bad. This book would make such a wonderful movie! Spielberg, where ya at?? Tears are still streaming…Semper Fidelis Marines! Thanks for the freedom!

I understand not everyone is a REAL Stephen King fan, not everyone likes the little twist of the supernatural he throws in…but I LOVE him and this book is one of his BEST in my opinion! So we’ll written and the characters are so real you can almost see them!

of course it has a few Stephen King-type outlandish things happen, but all-in-all it’s a great book. I saw an interview with him where he said this was HIS favorite book, not sure why I never read it before (maybe the length). But so glad I did and I’m so sad it’s over.

LOVED it! And Love Harry even more now!

What a beautiful personal and private glimpse into one of the most famous royals of our time! Harold is most definitely his Mother’s son! She is ever-so-proud of him as she watches over, I am sure! I’ve always adored Princess Diana, and of course her sons, but I love Harry more now than ever! He seems so normal and down to Earth, it’s remarkable! (I think this is in great thanks to all those wonderful people who have been in his life outside of the Royal family over the years!).
And to be able to hear his beautiful, soothing voice tell the tale over Audible was a definite MUST!!
Please don’t stop writing now Harry! (And it is most wonderful and amazing how much of your proceeds have gone to the charities your Mother loved!!).
