Historia
In Coping, media personality, politician, actor, journalist, editor, and author Derryn Hinch shares how he has coped with the many curveballs which have been thrown his way over the course of his colorful life and illustrious career. Hinch gets very personal and provides advice on many topics. From having been convicted of contempt of court on three occasions, and serving two prison sentences and one term of house arrest, to having been married four times, Hinch provides a candid insight into how he has coped and bounced back, time and time again.

Coping
Revisado: 10-12-22
I would love to have dinner with Derryn Hinch, he seems quite the character... but as for life advice, not so much.
In most cases he explains that he himself doesn't have this problem (whatever it is) confidence, fear, etc. but he understands that is is a serious problem that many people suffer from and they should receive every sympathy. He drops in little essays that he and others have written about whatever that chapter's specific issue is. It all feels a bit all over the place.
Like I say a fascinating character, but the book feels mostly about how great he is and doesn't really translate into good advice (in my opinion). Your mileage may vary.
