Historia
Some people greet the day with open arms. Sheriff Sunshine Vicram would rather give it a hearty shove and get back into bed, because there’s just too much going on right now. There’s a series of women going missing, and Sunny feels powerless to stop it. There’s her persistent and awesomely-rebellious daughter Auri, who’s out to singlehandedly become Del Sol’s youngest and fiercest investigator. And then there’s drama with Levi Ravinder—the guy she’s loved and lusted after for years. The guy who might just be her one and only.

Awesome trilogy
Revisado: 03-28-25
This is the third book in a trilogy... A trilogy I went through in a week! I couldn't put these books down. I loaned the first one from the library and read it in three days. Book 2 I switched to audio and loved the narration. Book 3 wasn't available, so I purchased it on audible bc I couldn't wait!! I loved how complex the story line was with all the intertwined characters and humor in the middle of chaos. The only downside is it has come to an end and now I have to find a new book with new characters to read. Fantastic story. Fantastic narration. I wish they would make a mini series TV show out of these! Where's Reese? Lol

Great starter kit of action!
Revisado: 07-24-23
This book resonated with me. I agree with another's review that it touches the key points and wide context of use without being over inundated with information. It's easy to start implementing immediately and polishing up every day virtues. Simply applicable. This book was exactly what I was looking for in dealing with the complexities of big life changes, a series of undesired events, grief, and frustration. Perfect book. Perfect timing. I searched for a printed format for referencing, but I took good notes! Repeat listen for sure.

I highly enjoyed this book. It was everything I’d hoped it to be.
Listening to her mother’s prayer was heart warming and peace provoking. Enjoyed Tab’s narration as well as the content. She has such a nurturing voice and soul.
And I look forward to trying these recipes.

Abstract
Revisado: 04-27-22
I got a couple of reinforcements from this book, but also found that my interest with abstract thought/discovery/philosophy has concluded.
I gave this book 5 stars overall because it will appeal to those who like to explore the self from abstract planes.

Darn expectations
Revisado: 04-21-22
It was a good story, but not what I was hoping for. It was a bit gloomy the whole story through never really reaching the peak I was hoping for. But deducting my expectations of what I wanted the story to be, it was a good story of its own.

Everyone is talking about Jennie Sue Baker and the mess she made of her life in New York. The former high school queen bee - and wealthy darling of Bloom, Texas - has returned home after all these years, riding on a common bus and bearing two bounced alimony checks. In a town that thrives on gossip, Jennie’s fall from grace has shamed her mother, set the town buzzing, and caused old, jealous enemies to whisper in delight. They say she’s taken a job as a housekeeper, gotten a garage apartment, and might be crushing on Rick Lawson, a simple farmer with modest dreams.

Highly enjoyed this book
Revisado: 01-04-19
This book is reasonable and pragmatic in approach. I had a series of major blows in 2018 including injury, relationship, and career that left me often waking in the middle of the night with panic attacks. I found this book very helpful in reclaiming perspective and refocusing my energies in productive ways. Crating my emuppies has become one of my go to lines. And categorizing my storms has been one of the most helpful tactics so far. Sarah is a funny lady. I’ve found myself laughing out loud several times throughout the book. I enjoyed this book so much I decided to grab another by her.
I noticed another review mentioned that she slams Trump. I agree political jabs in either direction have grown old, but she might have a total of 3 witty, quick, sentences about him in the entire book, easily dismissive for the greater content! It really does not have a political undertone to it at all so don’t let that dissuade you.

A new perspective
Revisado: 12-20-18
This is a really good book. It gave me a different perspective on love and “becoming love”.
Bob is a fascinating man that lives a fascinating life. The stories are inspiring and drive the message home. I also like the way he speaks from his own experiences, struggles, and lessons that make him more relatable than preachy. I highly enjoyed this book and unique message that he not only lives by but invests in.
