Pedantic predictable story and lackluster narrator
Revisado: 01-05-25
I wonder if this book would have been better if read by a dynamic narrator with voice acting ability. As it was it was painful. Obvious villain from the onset. My fault that I didn’t listen to the preview before buying…Lesson learned

Historia
I've watched my sister struggle to find the happily-ever-after that she deserves. I know love doesn't happen overnight, but a man like Conrad Riggins almost makes me believe in forever. The hottie Riggins brother has always been a shameless flirt, but the way his gaze slowly travels over my towel-clad body heats things up a few degrees. I tell myself that we're just caught up in the moment. After the wedding, everything will go back to normal. He will be the carefree bachelor, and I'll be the woman who kept him warm for the most incredible night of my life.

Hard to listen to
Revisado: 03-09-24
It was hard to listen to this narration, because the male narrator used such a grating nasal voice.
Conrad was supposed to be the sexy brother but sounded like he needed adenoid and nasal surgery

So when Sarah walks into his office demanding to know why, he makes her an offer she somehow can’t refuse: be his fake girlfriend for the weekend while attending his brother’s engagement party.

Wrong narrators
Revisado: 02-21-24
Annoying narrators prevented interesting character development. Slow storyline
Very predictable and trite. Better narrators needed.

However, our cozy little rental cabin in the woods turns out to have a serious problem—an angry leprechaun infestation. Not as good as her other series’s
Revisado: 01-20-24
This series seems more thrown together, lacks plot depth and character development. Relationship between Ella and O’Ryan frustrating brief slow. Check out her other books for better reads

Historia
Thanks to paper-thin walls and the guy’s athletic prowess, Carolyn is gaining an - um - intimate knowledge of her new neighbor's nocturnal adventures. And since Caroline is currently on a self-imposed "dating hiatus," and her neighbor is clearly lethally attractive to women, she finds her fantasies keep her awake even longer than the noise. So when the wallbanging threatens to literally bounce her out of bed, Caroline, clad in sexual frustration and a pink baby-doll nightie, confronts Simon Parker, her heard-but-never-seen neighbor.
