Practical, Insightful, Likable
Revisado: 02-20-23
The title says it all. When you first hear it, it can come off as too much banter and not getting to the point. However, each episode does offer some unique insights from two people with a ton of practical experience and over hundreds of episodes the light hearted banter is what keeps it from being too dry. It's an excellent podcast for paid search users. The more expert you are the harder it is to find new information you've not already thought of, but IMO, this podcast will have something even for the most tenured professionals. That's evident simply because these two guys both have 15+ years in paid search and they don't always agree, but they usually agree on most of what's said and they explain why they hold different points of view when they do.

Good teacher. but not audio material
Revisado: 03-21-21
The material includes lots of formulas which is not suited to an audio format. I've suffered through most of it and there are some interesting points, but the could have cut all the formulas which didn't add anything.

Historia
Richard H. Thaler has spent his career studying the radical notion that the central agents in the economy are humans - predictable, error-prone individuals. Misbehaving is his arresting, frequently hilarious account of the struggle to bring an academic discipline back down to earth - and change the way we think about economics, ourselves, and our world.

Good book: Solid theory and delivery
Revisado: 09-12-20
I'd read a lot of the articles referenced already so the amount of new material for me was limited. That said, I do think the author breathed some life into some of the academic theories with examples and case studies. If you've not many consumer behavior articles before you might feel this deserved 5 stars, but for me it was 4. That's still a good purchase, but just not knock your socks off level.

No substance
Revisado: 09-12-20
The sample made this seem like there was something to this, but the actual book is all filler. The author says something, repeats it, defines words that are common and everyone know, and so on. He just fills the space with nothing while acting like he's eventually going to say something profound. I never heard anything worth listening to.
