I loved this book. I am look forward to the Shadow Master's return. May all the Shafow Master's enemies fall to his vengeanc. Mahahahahahahaha.

3 stars a solid book

This was an interesting story and definitely thought provoking but if you are expecting comedy like I was, you will probably be disappointed. It has a serious and somewhat dark undertone throught the whole story. The book focuses heavily on the dark lord and the chosen ones thoughts, feelings, and philosophies and less on the actual events that take place during the book. Not that it is a bad thing by any means but it is definitely something different than what I was expecting.In addition there are a couple of audio issues where words are cut off an reapeated.

I also was offput by how macsulan the dark lord and the chosen one sounded as they are both female characters and it was quite jarring when I first found out. It is not a problem but I kept having to remind myself that they were female characters.

I also generally prefer my endings to be more definite/less open ended but that is pure personal prefference. If this book has a sequel, I will probably be purchasing it

This was a great book

This was a great book and have some spectacular action moments, The only reason it is not five stars all the way is because it seemed to has less of the funny moments I have come to expect from this series. However, I am still a huge fan a plan on continuing to follow this series.

A brilliant continuation of a hilarious series

I loved this book and the fact it continued the humor that made me love the first one as well. I look forward to the next one and, most likely, all future books in this series.

Brilliant, a pround continuation of a Supurb Serie

Awesome book, laugh out loud funny, and a sucker punch and to expectations and tropes. I love the book and the narration and eagerly anticipated book 4, if there is one.

Dear Shadow Master,
That twist that happens in the middle, you said the listerner would never see coming. I foresaw it. Your becoming predictable Shadow Master, it will be your doom. Mahahahaha...

It is a fun story that boils down to Home Alone in Space. If you enjoyed the Home Alone movie you will enjoy this.

Saw the ending coming far in advance

It was a very good book but unfortunately for a mystery if you can see the ending well before the actual end of the book it can be a little disappointing. I look forward to the next one.

Great book I'm sorry to see the end of the series

this book was absolutely fantastic. the unique twists and turns that it goes throughout the series is just cumulated here and the ending actually leaves you satisfied. While I wish there was more books in the series the author found a good ending point and stuck to it. Very solid but I'm certainly not going to complain if he decides to write more.
