Great Ending

I liked how the author kept the ending down to earth and didn't make it all into happy go fantasy ending. was able to relate more.

I would purchase book 2, there isn't too much bad words but could have written the story without them. I understand if someone is angry but why would educated people would cuss instead of a different adjective.

What happened

Really disappointed 24 hours of side story getting stronger but not strong enough to participate act. One reason I picked this book and recommended this book was because the main character with about 40 years of previous life experience made wiser decisions. however, as he gets older in his second given life, becomes more ignorant and stubborn. He was so much wiser when he was a baby. Please stay in character Mr. Turtleme, I will continue to support you but the main Grey (main character) needs to wise up.

I don't get it, why 4.5 star rating

Not sure why this book had such high rating, duento the high rating I purchased the book. from the start, didn't like the narrinator but because of the high rating, I stuck it out. The story line isn't that great but due to high rating kept listening. after spending 9 hours, I said no more. I don't rate books often because, well it takes a lot of time. however, I feel cheated, felt like monotone reading and mediocre storyline. I read some reviews and it also had poor rating so how did it get 4.5 stars?

cute and fun

the story is a mix of zelda and dragon warrior game with main character unique personality. it was very fun listening to the narrinator too. wish it was 20 hour long book, but it was a short story of 5 hours. the ending was cut short, but over all very entertaining

1st time listening to book like this

it was a new concept, author wrote the book from a machine/AI point of view. I appreciate the thoughts, with that being said, it was bit difficult to follow, so many clones, that had close to unpredictable capacity of intelligence but the AI was and were at a above average human intellect.

characters were wise but foolish

wish the writer kept smart people smart and dumb people dumb. when people who are probably twice the times smarter than me making foolish decisions, it left a bad taste in my mouth. it was a great story, so I had to finish it but it was not something I would recommend. for teens and younger, I believe they could understand better due to their experience in life.

I believe it could have been so much better, however, the writer kept the core characters wise but at the same time foolish. how can they be so wise and know so much but don't know hiding the truth can hurt so many people. the story was good, I believe it could have been epic if the wise wizard also kept his wisdom when thinking about the main character. moreover, the book could have gone longer, probably or at least 1 more book with feel good feeling but it ended with, happily ever after theme, too unfortunate
