I initially had some reservations, but this book well exceeded them. The author provides a comprehensive explanation of the hypnotic gastric band treatment in the audio hypnosis sessions, which are easy to follow. I've already lost a few pounds, and I'm excited to continue on this path.

But I also loved the development of the characters and the relationships created between them. Do yourself a favor and get this bundle, but beware, there is a risk of becoming independent.
